FAQ

    WHY UPCYCLED CLOTHES?

Clothing and fashion are part of our culture and identity. However, we are aware of the consequences on the environment and health that they can cause, in particular with regards to water. Many agricultural and social problems result from the textile industry (the second most polluting industry after oil). Being sensitive to this subject and feeling concerned, I wanted to act at my scale and with my means. With my way of creating, I wanted to convey a message for a fashion more respectful of the planet and nature. I try, as much as I can, to combine my love for fashion and clothing with the environmental cause.

I want to encourage people to recycle their clothes with their own taste and their own identity by freeing themselves from fast fashion. When we make our own clothes, the only limit is our imagination, we are no longer confined to models offered by brands.

    DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM LOOKS?

For the moment I can't. Being alone, I have to deal with all aspects of my business and not only the creation, such as finding clothes, sewing, communication etc. Unfortunately, that doesn't give me the time to make custom pieces. However, I do hope to do this in the future, as, when I have the time, I love to participate in artistic projects by imagining looks that fit into the universe of these projects, for example the clip "bad boy" from Yseult.

EVERYTHING IS SOLD-OUT ... HOW CAN I BUY ANYTHING?

I produce unique pieces and in limited numbers for each garment.

Each piece is made from a unique material and cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way. My creation comes from a piece of clothing that I can't duplicate. I do not unroll strips of fabric purchased to make my clothes, my raw material is limited. My wish is to get out of fast fashion and not to produce unlimited clothes. Each piece has its own story.

    WHERE ARE THE ITEMS MADE?

I make all my creations at home in the south of France. My studio is also my home so I live everyday with my passion. My raw materials come from thrift stores in the region and from all the intermediaries who sell second-hand items.

    DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I deliver all over the world using DHL company and in Europe using DHL and COLISSIMO companies. Please note that COLISSIMO is less expensive because it's a standard postal service. I need to secure your parcel to track the shipping process. Unfortunately the COLISSIMO company tracks the parcel only in the European Union countries (+UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland). For this reason I deliver only in those countries with COLISSIMO and not all around the world. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of your purchase and are added to the initial price. For countries outside the European Union (such as the United States), custom fees are added to your purchase at the delivery time.

    CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please go on "the return and refund" section of this site.

    HOW TO WASH THE GARMENT?

You should know that the piece you have bought has been carefully washed before beginning the creation. Each material requires a different treatment (dry-clean, hand wash). I provide personalised cleaning advice with each of my creations. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

    SIZE ?

Item sizes are standard sizes and are not made-to-mesure. The sizes I offer are not predetermined, they can range from XS to XXL. The size of each piece will depend on the material that I obtain to make my creation.

The sizes are indicated on the description of the garment.

    PACKAGING ?

I want to limit the use of packaging as much as possible. I simply use a cardboard box that is required by the carrier to transport garments.

Inside the cardboard box all elements external to your item, like the thank you card and the slipcover, are recycled by myself except the tags and the tissue paper to protect your garments during the shipping.
